Ellen has been practising Pilates and Yoga for over 12 years, with both disciplines being significant healing modalities in her life. She doesn't see her work as a job, it is her lifestyle. She enjoys helping clients to integrate Pilates and Yoga in their daily lives to achieve greater wellbeing.
Ellen has extensive experience teaching group classes in a range of different settings, as well as one-on-one clients in a rehabilitation setting.
She holds current and relevant qualifications in all her fields of expertise, and regularly attends professional development intensives and workshops.

My first introduction to yoga was in the tiny township of Yulara NT almost 10 years ago. This was a brief encounter, however the experience stuck with me. I enjoy vinyasa style, fluid movement flowing with the breath.
Yoga is crucial in calming the mind, which is so important in our fast paced world. I have a teaching background and work in Primary Special Education. I have travelled fairly extensively within Australia and overseas. I enjoy swing dancing, lino printing, swimming at the beach and going to music festivals.
