4 years ago Bri stepped into a yoga studio, a little lost and weathered from her life experiences. She didn’t expect to fall in love with yoga, but she did.
Last year Bri travelled to Canada for her work with horses but her journey turned into one that followed the path of yoga. A last minute decision to join her admired teacher, Adi Amar at the base of the magical Teton Mountains in Jackson Hole Wyoming, opened Bri’s mind to the amazing benefits and science behind yoga.
Trained in Vinyasa Krama (stages of sequencing) Bri prepares her classes to link postures with breath for a therapeutic effect to benefit the body, soul and mind; while weaving in the teaching of Yoga philosophy. Bri’s aim is to bring the lessons learnt from the ancient yogic teachings and those of the Yoga Sutra into a daily practice, through asana (poses), meditation and pranayama (breath).
Bri enjoys her daily practice of pranayama, meditation and asana practice. She makes space each day to study the Yoga Sutra, journal every day and work on her blog. Bri hopes to give her students what they need for their practice, in a safe and inviting space filled with good vibes and sweet sounds.
